Love the app, it allows me to use all the google products I subscribe to. One VERY big problem is there is no swipe to delete. Why is this? Im assuming its because Apple doesnt allow you to include that feature, because to have not include it in the settings as a function is an amazing failure. Would rate 5 stars if this feature was available.

I actually love it more than the original mail app in the iPhone! . Perfect for managing more than one Email.

I installed this app on my brand new iPad Pro 9.7 for not even a month but already have to delete & reinstall it for more than 5 times due to this syncing problem. Itll show unread new emails on the notification screen but nothing new in the inbox when I go to Gmail. Something must be wrong here and hopefully it can be fixed soon!!

Doesnt update ever, so its useless. You have to delete and reinstall the app to see and read your new emails. I Will search for an alternative app asap cause reinstalling this every morning is very frustrating..

I have no idea what all the moaning is about. Gmail is the only way to go and this app works perfectly. Sheep complaining about anything Google.

It is nice to be able to access email without having to store everything on your mobile devices. Having been with gmail since its Beta version development it has been great to see all of the positive changes.

Ive had this app on my iPad for ages, and it has worked largely fine for me, but just lately it seems to lose connection back to the server, and just sits there refusing to do anything but show me the mails I already have. I know theres more mails waiting for me out there but its not trying to get them. If I then reset the iPad (power it off and back on), and open the app again, now it immediately retrieves the new mails. It then works fine until the next day or so when I go to the app again and its back to not recognizing that theres new mails to retrieve again. Oo This is getting tiresome. Please fix this.

Needs a swipe right to delete!

My notifications are no longer working for my gmail app. All new mail is checked in the gmail app and in my settings badge app icon notifications are turned on as well. I have to open up my gmail and hit refresh to see any new email messages. Anyway to fix this bug? Ive never had an issue with this before. It just recently happened the last few days.

I used this app for years, which was awesome because it only notifies me for important emails. However, recently, I have not been able to get the emails to load at all. I have to delete the app and redownload every few days. I am looking forward to having the app fixed because its been my go-to email app.

This app is the best thing that happened to me. I stopped using my iPhone apple emails because this email works so much better. It allows me to see full threads, it allows me to see all outgoing emails regardless from what device I responded and it allows me to search for emails the way I do it on my desk top. I use gmail from my desk top, laptop, iPad and iPhone 6s Plus it works seamlessly across all devices.

There are very rarely bugs or glitches with this app. Really great job Google.

I really liked this app at first. It was much easier to clean and control my inbox. But it stopped working last night and posted an error screen. I deleted it and Ill wait for them to get the kinks out to use it again.
