There is no reason an email app should be 200+ MB big. The update to the new interface saw it grow from ~80 to ~140 which was surprising. Now, at 217 MB, it is ridiculously oversized.

This app works fine for me. I use throughout the day for work and dont have any complaints.

I was having issues with my other mail app because I wasnt being notified when I had new mail until I went into and refreshed it. I DO NOT HAVE THAT ISSUE WITG THIS APP! My mail comes right away. A must have!

Absolutely amazing Easy to use and manage

I like this app. People might say the priority box is broken, but gmail sorts emails by the date they were received. That makes it easier. And the response time is always almost immediate. I give gmail five stars. The service is phenomenal in my opinion.

I was happy with the old version. The new version is slow to the point Im considering using a different client. Disappointing...

Please go back to the old one. It was great and easy to use. The slide to archive is a mess.

It is a good tool, but it should have an option to decide what is the default folder to be opened on launch. Every time I open it I need to go to menu and select everything to be able to see my emails...

I dont know how all those changes in the app were approved. Last version was MUCH better. Now there is no way to Mark as unread and no automatic suggestion when moving to a label. Não sei como aprovaram esta nova versão. Ficou muito pior, com perca de muitas funcionalidades... Uma pena!

Maybe there is a bug im the drafts section. Also in my opinion to scroll to the end of a long email to answer or forward is no good UX. Where is the good work of Google aka Material Design?

Since the last update l must use Safari, the option to use Chrome is missing from the settings. I want it back. Just opened the app again the settings are back. Now l can use Chrome to open links. Someone posted that there is no way to remove multiple emails at one time. If you hold the pen on the circle a tick is show, then tick the next one you wish to delete. This way they can all be deleted together. Hope that helps. I hate the colours also.

Im really enjoying the recent updates to this app. One thing I would love to see would be the option to have two swipe options for archiving/deleting. Currently you can only choose to have one or the other. If we could, for example, swipe left for archive and swipe right for delete.... that would be fantastic.

Please bring back the old notification sound!! I did the update on the app and it changed the sound and I cant change it back. Great app, I love gmail but the new notification sound is driving me crazy!
