Since Google took away exchange capabilities I like the Gmail app. I like getting my email instantaneously but I would like to see 2 improvements with the app. First, I would like an integrated inbox so that I can see all mail at once. Second, I would like a Select all button so that I can mark all my mail read at once. Currently it is inconvenient to mark all mail read as it takes so many steps to select each message individually to mark them as read. Otherwise this app is great. Wow! My review is 2 yrs old and Google is no closer to the 2 little features that are important.

I love this app

I only use the app on my iPhone 7 plus to check emails. The one major thing I dont like is that I have to open an email to delete it; reason for 4 stars not 5. I hope you update that issue soon.

New update makes me sign in every time I open the app. Extremely inconvenient.

Best thing since slice bread

I use Gmail on Android and would use it on IOS if Google adds exchange active sync support.

There is mother special about this app at all. Cant tap to add an important date to my calendar or copy/paste info from an email. I dont like not having control over these categories. I cant see the signature I created and when I reply it puts it all the way at the end of the email below all the threads. This app needs a lot of work to make it useful for me!

I still cant get over the quality of all the free Google products these guys are awesome. I literally was able to bootstrap my new business using all Google apps for next to nothing. Nice job everybody.

Please make the following a feature: When one deleted an email, the recipient (or he who sent it) also loses it. I know it seems silly but I am sure a lot of people would agree. The little undo button is fine for 30 seconds, but once that email is sent, there is a chance one would want to recall it! So please, add a recall feature. Thank you for reading.
