Nice

Their app is working but I have stopped trusting and using Google after it became too creepy in following me and selling my private infos to others. Zero respect for users’ privacy.

Awesome email

Very nice

One of Googles best apps. Wonderfully designed, etc. Only problem is that I cant use my Microsoft Exchange account with it like I can with Gmail on Android. Add that and Ill bump this to 5 stars in a flash!

I’ve never had any issues with this app. I’ve relied on this app for many years now and I would definitely recommend it for it’s functionality!

Finding old emails is a pain, and replying to an email requires going all the way down to find the reply button. The interface could be better :(

and ugh just ugh!! The recovery form (not many questions google asks there ) which I answered accurately to the questions which are : “when did you create this account “ which is accurately I choose the month and the year and then things like number that the verification code sent ,verfy the number (would be the last 4digits of the phone #) , the when I received the verification code I add the verification code and then this ?‍♀️ and g says >> “Enter an email address you can check now. It helps if you use an email you’ve already added to this account. Google will send a verification code to that email. Enter the verification code here. If Google can verify that this account belongs to you, you’ll see instructions to help you sign in.” ?‍♀️ I don’t understand! I haven’t added no recovery email nor any email to my lost account ,I ONLY added a recovery phone # , leaves me confused ?‍♀️ UGH!! I guess that message from google keeps me from getting into my account and recovering my account . again , I haven’t addded to my lost account no recovery email , ONLY PHONE # . Also device which I use to sign in from to my lost account is the same not different . ?‍♀️ The help forum I didn’t get no help at all but they just parrots repeating ugh!! I’ve done the recovery steps and STILL get the same weird message ugh!!! I WANT MY ACCOUNT RECOVERED!!! I DIDNT ADD NO RECOVERY EMAIL. Lost my account and they are pointless and useless. I’m deleting this app, done !! for good . Not gonna waste my time . Bunch of BS. Help forum is useless and pointless, they didn’t help nor didn’t solve the issue .

No longer notifies of new emails. In the past the only fix was to uninstall and reinstall. Not working this time. I’ve checked my settings and notifications are still on & correct. Restarted my phone. Still not getting notifications of new emails. Also, please insert email signature into the email body so we can choose it’s placement or if to not even use it. There are times I don’t want it used and times I do. Also, no one sees it at the way bottom and I’d like to move it up where visible but have no control over it. I’m considering leaving gmail and going to something else as these are fairly big issues.

I have a small request can you guys please fix the empty trash option when there is trash in the gmail trash on the gmail app. When I go to delete email I then go to the gmail trash to empty the trash and once and a while I can’t empty the trash because the empty trash option does not show up. And I then have to go to gmail.com to empty the trash. Maybe the gmail app could be more like the gmail.com website. Because I have not had problems trying to empty gmail trash using gmail.com. I know on the gmail app if email has been in the trash more then 30 days it will automatically get deleted from the trash. But I like to delete email from the trash when I put email in the trash.

Nothing against Gmail but its trash compared to Inbox. Too bad Gmail gets all the attention because Im still waiting for the iPhone X update to hit the superior email manager. Gmail is great but Inbox is better!

Only problem I have had is the storage issue with google I’m sorry I require a lot of space, but my career is doing videos and pictures.
