Great, but missing core iPad features

I love Gmail on the iPad, but have a few requests:

First, please implement the split-view functionality! It’s so frustrating to not be able to use the actual multitasking power of the new iOS versions with one of my most-used apps!

Second, the inability to add an attachment from my Files app / iCloud Library is a real hindrance.

Third, please make it possible to add a bullet list (unordered list) and links into emails, as well. It’s one of the few things that forced me to restart my laptop after having shifted entirely to iPad.

(If Apple’s own Mail.app weren’t so busted, I’d use that instead of Gmail, considering it allows for 2 out of 3 of these things. But Mail.app fails to deliver messages frequently, which is a graver sin.)
