Feeling limited

I’d like to have an option to send emails as I schedule them. I want to respond to work emails in the night but I do not want the customer/supplier to see the timestamp showing that I was emailing him/her in the middle of the night. So let’s say I am not a morning person but I want to have emails sent in the morning at specific times as I develop them through night time for instance.
